From/Regarding Students (through parent/guardian):

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data. Information submitted via forms is stored securely
using trusted platforms such as Google Workspace or HIPAA-compliant systems when appropriate.


Access to client information is restricted to the learning specialist(s) providing services.


If any data is transmitted electronically (e.g., session notes or summaries), it will be done through secure,
encrypted channels whenever possible.

Sharing of Information
We may share information only:

  • With your explicit consent (e.g., to collaborate with your child’s school or specialist)

  • When required by law or in the event of a safety concern

Children's Privacy
While we serve children, we only collect information about minors from their parents or legal
guardians. This site and our forms are not directed to children under 13. We comply with applicable child
privacy protections, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and FERPA
when relevant.

As a parent/guardian, you have the right to:

  • Ask that we update, correct, or delete your information
